STEP 4: Mail Preparation
Mail preparation can be as simple as putting a label and a stamp on the piece, or as complex as printing a mail merged letter with multiple dynamic fields, addressing an envelope and matching the name on the letter to the envelope and then inserting two additional pages and a business card into the envelope and hand affixing decorative first class stamps.
Preparation and processing the mailing piece can include the following:
- Direct Print Addressing
- Label Affixing
- Folding
- Collating
- Tabbing
- Inserting
- Sealing
- Sorting
- Metering
- Printing Mail Merge Letters
Local Pickup and delivery to the post office are also part of our service.
